TTS began its journey in 1990 with a single purpose: to transform how technical training is delivered across industries. At the time, most training was limited to textbooks, static presentations, and theory-heavy sessions that left a critical gap between knowledge and application. We saw an opportunity to change that. Founded by a team of engineers, educators, and industry veterans, TTS introduced a new model—one grounded in real-world problem solving, job-site relevance, and interactive learning. We pioneered instructor-led programs that focused not just on understanding equipment, systems, and processes—but on mastering them in context.
